WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
On-line sales are governed by Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates the field of distance contracts, that means sales done outside business premises. To exercise the withdrawal right it is necessary to write a communication, within 8 days after receipt of the goods, in order to inform the will to withdraw from the contract. Shipment Return fees have to be paid from buyer. The withdrawal right fully decades if the returned article is damaged or not equipped as received or without the original packaging, and for any damage other than transport. Any eventual returns must be done within 8 days from goods receipt and after agreement with our customer service. The withdrawal right cannot be applied on custom made articles: FENDER PROFILES – CUSTOM MADE COVERS – SUNTOPS.
